Corey Katzelnick, Esq.

Corey Katzelnick joined Maraziti Falcon in 2025 as an Associate, bringing with him a strong background in litigation and landlord-tenant law.

Prior to joining the firm, Corey was an associate at Rudolph, Kayal & Almeida, P.A., where he represented automobile insurance carriers in motor vehicle accident cases. He also served as a trial attorney at the Wilf Law Firm, LLP, handling a high-volume caseload on behalf of residential landlords across New Jersey. In that role, he regularly appeared in courts throughout the state, enforcing lease agreements and managing a portfolio of nearly 100 clients.

Corey’s judicial experience includes serving as a Law Clerk and later as a Landlord-Tenant Legal Specialist in the New Jersey Superior Court. He supported several judges, including the Hon. Peter J. Barnes, III, J.S.C., the Hon. Thomas D. McCloskey, J.S.C., and the Hon. Melvin L. Gelade, J.S.C. In his specialist capacity under the Hon. J. Randall Corman, J.S.C., Corey was part of a select team responsible for managing and resolving a backlog of nearly 4,000 landlord-tenant matters. He played an instrumental role in advancing settlement reform initiatives in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Corey began his legal career as a legal assistant at his father’s family law and mediation practice, where he gained early exposure to client advocacy and case management.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018 and received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in English and Writing from Gettysburg College in 2014.
