As Special Redevelopment Counsel to the Township of Carneys Point, Joanne Vos, Esq. negotiated a complex Redevelopment Agreement, as well as a Financial Agreement for a 25 year Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT), with the designated Redeveloper which will result in the construction and implementation of approximately 600,000 square feet of industrial warehousing. As part of the transaction, the Redeveloper is also donating $200,000.00 to the Township for the advancement of open space initiatives as well as an additional $250,000.00 for the purchase of a new ambulance to serve the Project and the community at large.
