Joanne Vos, Esq. will be a panelist for a webinar entitled, “LSRP Obligations, Requirements and Use of Professional Judgment.”
Joanne will be joining Day 2 of the program, on Thursday August 11th, to discuss the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Site Remediation Program, including:
- exercise of professional judgment by Licensed Site Remediation Professionals,
- observations of the SRP from various perspectives, and
- how we might expect the SRP to change in the future.
